"Competition is motivating to stay on track"

What did I like?
Liked this challenge much better than the one we did last year-more engaging (not just check-in on day 1 and check-out on day 45), accountability (daily and weekly), and like the whiteboard competition atmosphere (competition is motivating to stay on track)!
Also, I liked using My Fitness Pal and will continue to do so in future.

My Take Away
- Tracking macros with My Fitness Pal was more successful than old fashioned journaling.
- In general I like to eat more fat and sugars than protein, so something to monitor.
- Less wine during the week equates to better sleep.
